VERTICAL is led by Achim Feige, an author, father, and expert in transformation.
For decades, Achim worked with DAX-listed CEOs, family business owners, and founders across Europe, changing companies through brand and culture.
He co-authored his first book on purpose-driven entrepreneurship before “purpose” became a buzzword.
Across both research and practice, he encountered the same pattern: leaders understood what needed to change, but couldn’t act from it.
To resolve the dilemma, Achim went deep. He trained in Zen under Genpo Roshi, and became a certified peak performance coach. He studied neurotech, vertical development theory, somatic practice, and flow science.
He integrated these strands into a singular leadership operating system. VERTICAL is where that system is applied at scale today.
